Naming convention for application form: YourFirstName_YourMiddleName_YourLastName_Major.doc
Example of our Naming Convention:

If your first name is John, your middle name is Smith, your last name is Doe, and your major is Mechanical Engineering, then the corresponding file name is: John_Smith_Doe_Mechanical.doc
Failure to name your application form using our naming convention will result in an incomplete application.
